Strategic Plan

Colorado's strategic plan, Fostering Healthy People and Places: The Power of All of Us, charts the course for LiveWell Colorado to serve as the central coordinating organization for obesity prevention initiatives across the state.  It outlines goals and strategies that guide statewide efforts to advance policies, programs and environmental changes.  This strategic plan is the roadmap to a healthier Colorado.

To develop the plan's goals and strategies, LiveWell Colorado tapped the wisdom of more than 800 leaders in physical activity and nutrition, outdoor recreation, childhood obesity, early childhood development, education, worksite wellness, business policy and more.

Led by the strategic plan and joined by partners, LiveWell Colorado will position this state as a national leader in obesity prevention and management.
