Partners in Action

To achieve its mission, LiveWell Colorado relies on synergy and collaboration with thousands of partners in Colorado.  LiveWell Colorado has developed this forum to ensure that our partners in action are informed, involved and engaged.

Partners in Action is a a series of website communities designed specifically to provide stakeholders in obesity prevention with sector-specific tools, resources and information.

  • Connect with colleagues in the discussion forum.
  • Find evidence-based data, reports and research to inform your programs and policies.
  • Use tools and best practices to facilitate change in your community or organization.

Together, we have the power to influence policies and implement changes to foster healthy people and places in Colorado.
