SYNOPSIS

These land development code amendments permit community gardens in all commercial and residential zones. Sales of unprocessed, non-value-added products grown on-site are permitted in commercial and industrial zones only. There are several provisions within to guide on-site sales, placement and management of refuse areas and storage facilities, composting, water use, and hours of operation.
