SYNOPSIS

Consistent with a Comprehensive Plan, these standards will be applied to create a safe, comfortable, pleasant and pedestrian-friendly multi-modal travel environment that helps the creation of vibrant civic places and economic vitality in transit oriented developments (TODs) and urban centers. The Aurora Comprehensive Plan identifies various TOD sites and urban centers throughout the city.
