SYNOPSIS

As demonstrated by this ordinance, many communities are relaxing the requirements related to keeping chickens in residentially zoned districts. This ordinance allows any resident in the city to own and keep chickens in the backyards of residences in residential zoning districts and the backyards of residences in non-residential zoning districts.
