SYNOPSIS

The provisions in this ordinance apply to proposed subdivisions throughout the City, and ensure the inclusion of facilities, such as trails, paths, and sidewalks, that facilitate bicycling. Importantly, the provisions require that all subdivisions contain the trails and bicycle paths shown in the bike plan element of the City’s Comprehensive Plan or any previously approved development plan.
