Peaches are the star of this satisfying bowl of oatmeal that's dairy-free and vegan.


  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1 cup Original Almond Milk
  • 1/2 banana smashed
  • 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 peach chopped
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Remaining peach
  • 1 Tbs dried unsweetened cranberries
  • 1 Tbs unsweetened coconut flakes


Heat medium-sized pot over medium heat, mix in the oats, flax meal, almond milk, banana and coconut oil. Stir oatmeal occasionally until it starts to bubble. Once the mixture bubbles, turn down the heat to medium-low and add majority of the peach, saving some for the topping, and add the chia seeds. Mix for 3-5 minutes. Take pot off heat and stir in vanilla extract. Pour into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
