• 1 can pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 1 cup low-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg


Using an electric mixer or blender, mix all ingredients together until smooth. Serve with whole wheat graham crackers, apple wedges, or as a spread on whole wheat toast or bread. For a festive touch, scoop dip into a hollowed-out miniature pumpkin or squash and serve.
